Project Health Checks start from $950 + GST for smaller projects or early-stage concerns.
Larger or more complex reviews are scoped based on the size of the project or program, the number of stakeholders involved, the documentation to be reviewed, delivery risk, vendor involvement and the level of reporting required.
A Project Health Check can be delivered as a short review, a standard assessment, or a more detailed program-level review depending on what is needed.
